Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or DPD. A signature is required at time of delivery for orders sent via DPD. If you are not in, a card will be left and you should contact the depot to arrange delivery or to collect your parcel. To ensure a quick and easy delivery we recommend that you use a different delivery address (e.g. work address) where the parcel can be signed for. Just enter the address in the shipping details of your order.

For purposes of despatch, any country which is not included in our list for UK or Western Europe is classed as Rest of the World.
We normally use airmail for all parcels as surface mail takes significant periods of time and customers usually wish to receive books as quickly as is practicable. There are different delivery options and charges as set out in the table below.

These vary considerably but for major cities are normally between 7 to 14 days. Courier orders will normally be delivered with 4 to 5 days and will require a signature upon receipt.
